Yusuf Gökhan Penezoğlu
Co-Founder

Yusuf Gökhan Penezoğlu has mainly focused his career on tax law, and from a tax lawyer perspective and through experience over 20 years, he has created numerous result-oriented solutions for all kinds of tax issues for the national and international companies, each of which are pioneers in their markets. During the course of his career, Yusuf has gained broad experience through collaboration with international consultancy firms and held management and partnership positions at these firms for over 10 years. In addition to tax law, Yusuf has also conducted pioneer work on company restructurings, capital markets and real estate fields. As a founding partner of the firm, Yusuf offers his clients all his experience under the roof of an independent law firm and aims to add value to his clients with his proactive approach, in particular. Yusuf is also General Secretary at the Turkiye Finance Managers Foundation (Finance Club).

Özlem Bulut Penezoğlu is the head of the Mergers Acquisitions and Company and Commercial Law departments at Penezoğlu Law Firm. She has represented many national and international clients at various mergers and acquisitions deals, day-to-day commercial actions and operations. She provides legal advice and assistance to international investors and national firms on all fields of company and commercial law as well as corporate actions. She has led many M&A projects on various fields such as construction, real estate, technology, retail, energy, banking, food and beverages, tourism and e-commerce. She is well experienced in legal due diligences, contracts, negotiations and restructuring actions as well as Capital Markets and public offerings.
